- "Client," "You," and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.

2. Service Engagement
All engagements for our specialized cleaning services are subject to a detailed written quotation and agreement, which will outline the scope of work, timeline, costs, and specific terms relevant to the individual project. Acceptance of a quotation signifies your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All prices quoted for our services are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new engagements beyond this period. Emergency or expedited services may incur additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement. Typically, a deposit may be required before commencement of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as per Singapore law.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear and safe access to the areas requiring cleaning or restoration.
- Clients are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing damages, defects, or special handling requirements for the ceramic or glass surfaces.
- Clients must ensure that necessary utilities (e.g., water, electricity) are available at the site if required for the services.
6. Our Responsibilities and Guarantees
Vitrea Sparkle commits to performing all services with professional diligence and care. We use industry-standard techniques and high-quality products suitable for ceramic and glass materials. While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all damage, stains, or scratches, especially those deeply embedded or extensive, nor can we guarantee against unforeseen issues with inherently fragile or previously compromised materials. Any guarantees regarding the longevity of protective coatings will be specified in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Vitrea Sparkle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services provided shall not exceed the total value of the fees paid for the specific service from which the claim arose.
